Unearth a Story™: Summer Reading 2026!
Celebrate reading this summer with the library!
How Does It Work?
- Come to the library on or after June 13th to pick up your Summer Reading log.
- Pick up a free book to keep when you sign up for Summer Reading!
- In your tracker sheet, log each day that you read for at least 15 minutes.
- After completing 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, or 80 days of reading, you can pick a small prize and be entered into a drawing for a larger prize.
Who Can Participate?
- If you are an Ecorse library card holder, you can participate.
- Come to the library with photo ID and sign up for a card if you don’t have one already.
- Open to all ages.
How Long Does it Last?
- Reading ends August 31st.
- The prize drawing will be September 8th.
